These include, for participating agents, the APEC free guarantee covering appliances sold with the home as well as the home’s plumbing, electricity and heating system for a full year; and the MPG guarantee which guarantees mortgage payments in the event of job loss for up to 12 months or $15,000. MPG applies to mortgages provided by financial institutions recommended by La Capitale.
