The Fund has created a scalable service delivery platform that is able to efficiently deliver services across great distances. Building on its extensive experience in brand management and franchise expansion, the Fund remains focused on growing its brands through accretive acquisition as well as organically through agent recruitment and improved productivity.

The Fund through its manager, Brookfield Real Estate Services Limited, is investigating both the addition of new brands, and measured geographic expansion into the United States.

The Fund operates nationally under the Royal LePage brand, in Quebec under the La Capitale Real Estate Network brand, and in high-end neighbourhoods in and around Toronto under the Johnston & Daniel banner.
